Pre Order Shipping Policy

All pre order items are made to order and require additional production time before shipment.

Production Timeline
Pre order items require approximately 3 to 4 weeks for production. This timeline begins once your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

Shipping Timeline
Once production is complete, orders will be carefully packed and prepared for shipment. A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the carrier has scanned the package. Please note that tracking updates may not appear immediately.

Estimated Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times begin after the order has shipped and do not include production time.

Delays
While we strive to meet all estimated timelines, pre order shipments may experience delays due to manufacturing adjustments, quality control, weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier related issues. These delays are outside of our control.

Address Changes
Any changes to shipping addresses must be requested before shipping begins. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to modify delivery details.

Cancellations
Pre order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.
